SCHOTT® Geometric Reflective Waveguides

Geometric reflective waveguides offer outstanding optical performance in augmented reality (AR) devices and enable the seamless integration of digital content into the real world. As in all waveguides, confined light propagates via total internal reflection (TIR), but different from diffractive waveguides, in geometric reflective waveguides the light is guided by (partially) reflective mirrors into the user’s eye.
