Testimonial Inga Kreutz – Facility Management
I began my career at SCHOTT as a reception assistant and gradually advanced into facility management.
My path to SCHOTT was anything but conventional. I originally come from the catering industry and wanted to pursue a new professional direction. When I started here, I quickly realized that commitment and honesty are not only recognized, but actively encouraged. Starting from my position at reception, I was able to take on increasing responsibility and eventually further develop toward facility management.
Today, I am responsible for organization, planning, and structured processes. What I find particularly exciting is the interface function—I collaborate with almost all departments. This makes my daily work varied and dynamic. Many topics can only be solved together, and this is precisely where SCHOTT’s culture becomes evident to me: trust, direct communication, and a genuine interest in effective collaboration.
What makes SCHOTT special for me is the freedom for personal growth. I never felt “stuck” in a fixed role. Instead, I was encouraged to continue developing. There is also a strong sense of team spirit and benefits that extend beyond the workday. For me, SCHOTT is an employer that enables people to grow.
What matters here is collaboration.
