As an electrical engineer in the Service and Support department, I am deployed at our locations worldwide. My role is to provide technical support throughout the entire production process—from the batch house to glass melting to post-processing—to systematically analyze faults and to optimize electrical and control systems. The objective is to ensure long-term system availability.
What has particularly impressed me over the years is the reliability of the company.
